I have been dealing with SWB for several years. They are very friendly and competent people. They take the time to explain my policies and coverages available. There is never any pressure,just complete and honest advice. When I started with them it was just car insurance. Now they handle insurance needs for me, my family and my business. They are local, I have got to know them and them me and it makes me feel good to do business with local people, not a call centre in goodness knows where.

Lisa Egan deftly guided me through the process of getting a new condo insurance policy. After our condo was heavily damaged by water and our former insurer refused to help, I was intent on getting things right this time. Lisa answered my questions thoughtfully. Lisa told me exactly what documentation she required to insure our boat. Throughout the process I felt personally cared for and protected, which is just what one wants from an insurance company.
