I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. I am very happy with their service, I had sever pain and it was 6 pm. my dentist was closed, I was trying to reach to any dental office, I called toothport as it was the only office around me open, they got to see me at 7:45 pm. I was amazed by the way everyone treated me and cared about my pain.

Could not have asked for a more professional and thorough move.
They understood the restrictions with the elevator times on the receiving end of the move, and were very accomodating to ensure the furniture was unloaded on time. Last time I used a moving company, it was a disaster....and that was a "Big Name" company. Would definatley recommend the Barrie office to anyone moving in the Barrie area.
