    Found a black, cu...

    Found a black, curly hair in my food. Showed the waitress and they still charged me full price. When I questioned this,they came back after a while and said that they would only take 10% off as it could have been lint (which is apparently ok?). There was never an apology and when I finally got to speak the the manager she yelled at me saying that she's tired of "you people" coming in wanting free meals and it wasn't her fault that we wanted to sit on the patio where dust could get in our food.
