Advertising Print And New Media Advertising And Flyer Distribution

I spoke to a man about a short-notice delivery. He asked me if it was supposed to rain on the delivery day for the flyers. I said I didn't know. He said that I could pay him and I'd risk no delivery if there was rain. I said I would go elsewhere to ensure delivery and he informed me that I should use my common sense because post cards can't be delivered in the rain. I've seen many working in rain. This company has another poor review where they didn't deliver the postcards. Terrible
