Warning — Avoid this Garage! I had a very bad experience here. Be careful — this place feels like a total scam. They overcharge, give misleading information, and don’t stand behind their work. I strongly recommend staying away and finding a trustworthy mechanic instead.

First time I met Kevin, he made me feel important and comfortable leaving my car in his care. He went above and beyond the call of duty, whereby he picked up the necessary part in Montreal and worked quickly to complete the repairs on my car. Thank you so much Kevin.

Everytime I go there to get my car fixed I come back satisfied with their services. They fix your car like it was never broken. I just got my right rocker panel fixed and it was done so perfectly. Again, thanks to the expertise team and especially Kevin for greatest service. You guys are the best in town. Highly recommended.

Kevin and his guys did an awesome job on my wife's infinity. Took out all the dents, new metal on the fenders and even buffed out the cloudiness from the headlights. They even did a nice interior cleaning. Looks like a new car. Thank you.

I met Kevin he was very professional he immediately told me what was wrong with my car and how it would be fixed, he called the insurance company set me up with a car immediately, oh my car was completely detailed like brand new. this was completely unexpected. Kevin immediately put my car on the hoist and brought me in to see the damage and spoke to me regarding the repairs that were required (something another collision centre did not do - which is why I went for a second opinion). Within 30 minutes he had a rental car at my office and insurance contacted so repairs could begin. Great job on the collision repairs. Gave my truck back to me cleaned and detailed/waxed inside and out. Very happy with the service. I would refer to friends/family!

I have met a lot of machanics in GTA area but trust me this team is so professional and has amazing customer service. There is this gentleman called Kevin, he treated me with the outmost hospitability and gave me a reasonable price. I will always recommend this place to anyone any day!

I just left Runway auto collision & repair, I am so impressed the the work at this shop. After a collision I was a mess , sense never having accident. Kevin and his crew of fantastic boys treated us with the utmost respect, and my 2002 Grand Prix GTP received the tender loving care to return her to her original state.. Thank you too all the boys who worked on Charlie.. a repeat customer for sure..

I was desperately in need of a good machanic after a car accident.my car was totally damaged with no hopes of seeing it in good shape again. Kevin was able to fix my car, making it looked more beautiful than before and gave me amazing customer care experience i have ever had with any company. If there is extra stars to rate i would give him 200/5. hes awesome.

I am still at Runway Auto and just had to write this review before I got home. Kevin has outstanding customer service and gives you the red carpet treatment from start to finish! Now the quality of work is another story! Impeccable! They go above and beyond and don't stop until you are satisfied! Why go anywhere else! Simply AMAZING!!!
