Great experience with timelines set and were kept as promised, from first visit to time my car was ready. Updates were clearly communicated via text messages. Communications was excellent. Service was 5 star. Front end staff were amazing. Great management team. Car was spotless, both inside and out at pick up.
I had visited 3 other car shops before and this was the only one who took the time to exam and hoist my car to find the problem. It was fixed in about 10 minutes and then I wasn't even charged for it. The staff was very pleasant and the repair was done in no time.
Craftsman Collision were very professional and fixed my car in two days instead of the estimated week originally quoted. I would highly recommend them for any car repairs.

After acquiring a parking lot Hit and Run I took it to Craftsman for repair. Daniel looked after me personally and returned the car in like new condition. I am very pleased with the service, attention to detail, and workmanship I received there. I would highly recommend this company.
Very Very impressed! Fast, easy service. Even during Covid times. Updates with my car through text message was nice. Car came back looking better than before accident! I brought my Kia Soul in to Craftman in South Surrey today with what I thought was a scratch from a bike or purse. I had tried to remove it to no avail. I spoke with Scott. He looked at the mark on the front bumper, and using some solution and elbow grease, removed the mark. I was relieved it was nothing more serious and my thanks to Scott and Craftman for their help and honesty.
Excellent workmanship from the back and the staff I dealt with in the front were thorough and friendly The paint job was so well done and my car came back cleaned and on time. Highly recommend

White Rock or South Surrey location is excellent. Management and staff are so caring, friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. Quick reliable shuttle service or even a courtesy vehicle you can not go wrong with this location thank you for fixing my 2014 civic and 2017 CRV.
Just got my car back and earlier than I expected. The work was done very nicely and the car cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. The customer service was professional and I was very pleased with the service I received.
STAY AWAY!!! Kept my truck for 4 WEEKS and came back with MORE issues than it went in with. Was it used (abused) by employees for personal use????!! Have no explanation for a variety of issues. Came back with a crack in the dash that was not there when it went in. Heat-seats were working and then not working when I picked it up. Gas tank was loose and missing hardware. They take no responsibility for these WEIRDissuesWill NEVER go back to this place. ICBC PLEASE REMOVE it from recommended list!
Why can't you rate them 0. At that, awful service I took my cat in after it had been keyed. They fixed that but scratched other body parts, destroyed the inside, and just shrugged it off, had to go back to ICBC and file a complaint so I could get it fixed again! Are you kidding me? They are awful, I don't recommend them to anyone.
Recently,in an empty parking lot, a careless driver rammed his trailer hitch into our eighteen-year old Tercel . This modest car had been a participant in our roller coaster life of triumphs and tragedies. Now, as 80+ seniors, we expect the car to accompany us in the final years. So, when it was deemed a write off, we pleaded with South Surrey Craftsman Collision to find a way to rescue our green Tercel. Together with our insurance agency, they did.
